in the 1970's--honky tonk bars and stars--from the Grand Old Opry
to Dolly and her contemporaries. Published both in softcover
and in a hardcover author's edition not sold to the public.
The book accompanied a show at the Smithsonian American
History Museum, and was selected as a 2003 Book of the Year
by ForeWord Magazine.
